Argh! Wish I could’ve been there to see the presentation. I like what I see so far. Any chance you can add some notations to the PPT so we can “hear” some of your talking points?
At the very leaset I smell a Boxes and Arrows article here…
I plan to post 1) the version used at the conference; 2) a animation-free version; 3) an annotated version.
Yep, an article or two is probably in the works.

Killer! I have been using and refining this process for the past three years and it makes life a ton easier. There is a great marriage between Standards (XHTML/CSS) and IA. I only know of a handful of folks doing something similar, which is a shame. It is great you are sharing this out for those not at Webvisions.
Do you have a clean version of this presentation?
