The Reuter's Video Player allows a user to add comment on a news clip. Others not only can read the comment, but also can reset the video to the very position when the comment was added. Our company, Overcast Media (overcastmedia.com) has a similar technology but is open to everyone (e.g. you can't use Reuter's video player to play your own video, but you can with OMI's studio program.
