I have been using muvee Reveal and found it very interesting and easy to use video editing software. You can literally customize your personal videos in few clicks using step by step instructions. I would highly recommend for personalization of home videos.

Looking for an online video editor? You could also give youMashTube ( http://youMashTube.com ) a try. It is a new fast & lightweight way to search and edit YouTube videos and save them as webpages. It doesn't have many advanced video editing features yet ( right now all you can do is set start and end points for each video ) but it lets you work with 118 million YouTube videos, and doesn't need any downloads...

I found Reuter's Lab (http://labs.reuters.com/) has several cool video editing tools. The Reuter's Video Player allows a user to add comment on a news clip. Others not only can read the comment, but also can reset the video to the very position when the comment was added.

Our company, Overcast Media (overcastmedia.com) has a similar technology but is open to everyone (e.g. you can't use Reuter's video player to play your own video, but you can with OMI's studio program.

Haha, you've never heard of them before? Yeah, jumpcut is indeed pretty damn slick. Now with Yahoo!'s backing, they will take some users away from YouTube. =)
