Congratulations on the new digs, Nate. Buying your first home *is* exciting. My wish for you and Aimee is that you have less work to do to make the place your own than Adam and I have. ;-)

Nicely done Nate, always cool to get your own pad, and of course as you say when you move with the missus things are shared equally. I've moved with my missus several times and we've always split things equally too - generally 98%/2% in her favour. Mind you my 2% includes the TV and remote.

Congrats man, it's a great feeling to look around and have your own piece of the world. Over here we've got an expression "An englishman's house is his castle" - very fitting.

Nice, congrats! I went the other direction, both in age and location of dwelling. New townhouse in Santa Clara. I remember when we bought our first place, when I was still living up in Sacramento. It's such an awesome feeling to finally have your own place, even though the monthly mortgage makes you wish you were still paying what you paid for rent. ;)
